At Artobuss, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you may wish to return a product or request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are handled.
Conditions for Refunds and Returns
To qualify for a refund or return, the item must be unused, undamaged, accompanied by an unboxing video, and in its original packaging. Requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product. Personalized or customized items such as photo frames or keychains with names are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale or clearance items are also not eligible for refunds.
How to Initiate a Refund or Return
To initiate a refund or return, you need to email us at contact.artobuss@gmail.com with your order details, the reason for the return, and photographs of the item if it is damaged or defective. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 3 business days. If approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at the address provided. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be processed for items that are damaged due to improper use or negligence after delivery, returns requested after the 5-day window, or products returned without prior authorization. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, we will also refund the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, you can return the product, if eligible, and place a new order. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photographs. We will either issue a full refund, provide a replacement free of charge, or offer store credit based on your preference.
Custom Orders
Since custom orders are made specifically for you, they are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with significant defects. Kindly ensure you provide accurate details when placing the order. Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted as the production process begins.
